You may download, print, and reprint a workbook for your own individual use.

You may print copies for your own personal spaces, including a home office. You may also give a printed copy as a personal gift. You may not share or transfer the digital files.

Display in a business, client-facing, classroom, counseling, or other professional setting requires separate written permission from Defined Living™.

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or upload the digital files for others to access.

• Reproduce or distribute the materials for commercial purposes.

• Modify the files for resale or use the designs or content to create products for sale.

• Claim the materials as your own or remove ownership notices from copies you distribute with permission.

You may provide a file to a printing service solely to produce copies permitted by your license. This does not grant the printing service permission to retain, reuse, distribute, or sell the file.

Any additional permission must be obtained in writing before the proposed use.

Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

If a file is inaccessible, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement file or refund.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Prices and applicable charges are shown in the listing and at checkout. Payment must be confirmed before digital delivery.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change completed orders. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available resolution.
